Terms of service
By signing up for the Social Networking Merch Vendor Portal Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The beneficiary (you), now known as the “VENDOR”, agrees to the following Terms of Service for the sale of product(s) on the website SocialNetworkingMerch.com. These terms are always publicly available at www.socialnetworkingmerch.com/policies/terms-of-service.
FINANCIALS:
Your PROFIT FORMULA can be calculated by the RETAIL PRICE – PRODUCT COST = Earned PROFIT (COMMISSION).
Below is a sample of our vendor portal and how you will see your financials. Your PROFIT is listed in our portal as COMMISSION, which will be visible after the first sale of each product. Please make sure you have set up your “VENDOR FINANCIALS Terms of Service” document with a Social Networking Merch representative prior to accepting this agreement.
These financials, along with any other records, will be listed and available for export in your Social Networking Merch Vendor Portal, after the first sale of each product.
Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes will be charged directly to your customers, and handled in your favor by Social Networking Merch. These will not be reflected in your formulas or records, as they will not be your responsibility.
TAXES
The VENDOR agrees to pay all government taxes and fees that may be associated with above mentioned payout earnings, where applicable. This is not the responsibility of Social Networking Merch. A W9 IRS tax form may be required to fill out before your product can go live.
ADDITIONAL FEES OR CHARGES
YOU WILL NEVER INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES BY USING THE SOCIAL NETWORKING MERCH SYSTEM. Any Credit Card processing fees, or additional webstore fees, will be built into the original pricing set forth in your “VENDOR FINANCIALS Terms of Service”.
PAYPAL PAYOUT INFORMATION
A PayPal account is required to receive your PROFIT (COMMISSION) PAYOUTS.
PAYOUTS will be deposited directly into the PayPal beneficiary account that you setup on your SOCIAL NETWORKING MERCH Vendor Portal Account.
Payouts can be in any intervals that you like, or upon your request.
Please allow standard PayPal third-party processing times for money transfers. Social Networking Merch is not responsible for any additional fees which are incurred by the PayPay third-party app.
The (VENDOR) agrees that any errors in PayPal information will not be the responsibility of Social Networking Merch. Please double check all information for accuracy.
PayPal is a third party service and has no affiliation with Social Networking Merch. Transfer date is not a guaranteed date for clearing of funds.
PRODUCT RUN DATES AND CANCELLATION
Your product sale will run indefinitely, with the option to cancel at any time. Please provide a written request of your desired dates of cancellation, emailed to info@socialnetworkingmerch.com.
If you would like to set pre-determined dates for your product sale, please communicate these wishes to us and we will accommodate accordingly.
Social Networking Merch has the right to cancel any existing account, for any breach of this contract, immediately.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND VENDOR CONTENT
The VENDOR is responsible for all activity and content, such as photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, and information transmitted or exhibited on, or in connection with, their vendor account.
Social Networking Merch does not “pre-screen” any materials or subject matter, and it is in the sole discretion of the VENDOR to approve this content.
Social Networking Merch does not claim any intellectual property rights over the materials you provide to our service. By agreeing to these terms, any materials or subject matter is the sole possession of the VENDOR, and if it does not belong to the VENDOR, they have been granted permission by the entity it legally belongs to.
MISCELLANEOUS
In no event shall Social Networking Merch, or our suppliers, be liable for lost profits or incidental damages arising out of, or in connection with, our site, services, or this agreement, including negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold us, and any applicable subsidiaries or affiliates, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys fees, made by any third party due to a breach of this agreement, or the documents it incorporates for reference.
Any breach or violation of ANY Terms of Service, as determined in the sole discretion of Social Networking Merch, will result in immediate termination of any existing account.
Social Networking Merch has the right to cancel any existing account, for any reason, at any time based on our sole discretion.
