Refund policy
In case there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us at info@socialnetworkingmerch.com within 14 days of product delivery. Make sure to include your order number and detailed photos of the item’s condition. Social Networking Merch offers a free replacement in cases that are found to be a manufacturing or printing error.
Please note: if the order shipping details were entered incorrectly, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Social Networking Merch will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
*Glassware Breakage* - If your glassware arrives broken as a result of the shipping carrier, please take detailed photos of the shipping box it arrived in and any of the damaged or impact areas that occurred to the shipping box, to document for insurance purposes within 14 days of product delivery. Also include detailed photos of the breakage itself inside the box. Once we receive this documentation we will begin to process a complimentary replacement for you. In the event that the glass design is no longer in production or is not available, we will process a refund for the glass purchase price.
